Dr. Rachelle Fleury-Williams is the owner and visionary behind Flourish Dental Care and Wellness. Originally from Queens, NY, she grew up with parents who prioritized health and wellness. Her early experiences with kind, attentive dental professionals had a profound effect on her, leading her to pursue a career where she could create those same positive feelings for others.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science and Pre-Dentistry from Andrews University, a diverse Christian university in Michigan. She then earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN, and went on to complete a General Practice Residency at Northshore University Hospital in Manhasset, NY.

With over a decade of experience, Dr. Fleury-Williams holds certifications in Invisalign, Dental Sleep Medicine, and ALD Laser Dentistry. She is a proud member of the American Dental Association and the Tennessee Dental Association. In addition to her professional credentials, she serves as an Advisory Board Member and Volunteer Dentist for Interfaith Dental Clinic, a nonprofit dedicated to serving underserved populations in Davidson and Rutherford Counties.

Her approach to care is deeply personal. She is passionate about healing past dental trauma and transforming fear into comfort and confidence. Whether she's helping a patient relax in the chair with streaming services and nitrous oxide, or walking them through the benefits of clear aligner therapy, her focus is always on building trust and making patients feel seen, heard, and supported.

Dr. Fleury-Williams’ mission is to educate and empower patients to take an active role in their oral health. She offers integrative treatments that help support tooth health, gum health, alignment, and total body wellness—always prioritizing dignity, compassion, and respect.
